On November 27th 2023, BPCE launched a new STS securitization transaction of SME loans for an amount of up to € 30 billion, through a French FCT « MERCURE MASTER SME FCT ». We are pleased and honored to have been selected as Management Company of this new public FCT refinancing the 11 Banques Populaires, the 16 Caisses d’Epargne and the Crédit Coopératif. The class A notes are rated triple A by Fitch Ratings and Moody’s, and listed on Euronext Paris. BPCE acted as Arranger of the transaction with the law firm Orrick as Counsel.
