RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER
EuroTitrisation is a Portfolio Management Company licensed by the AMF. The firm is a leading player within the French securitisation market, with 70 billion euros of assets under management. In the context of the company’s expansion, we are looking for an IT engineer to strengthen the research and development team in charge of setting up and managing securitisation transactions.
DESCRIPTION OF THE ROLE
- Modelling of securitisation transactions in the setting up phase in close connection with the various parties involved in the transaction: Arrangers, Sellers, Investors, Custodians, Rating Agencies, Sponsors
Analysis of the transactional documentation, formalisation of the user requirements of the client in the form of specifications - Drafting of the functional and technical specifications, development, receipt and putting into production at the closing date of the operation
- Support for the processing chains necessary for management of the transaction
- Functional and / or technical support of fund managers old technology
REQUIRED PROFILE
- Engineering degree, Master 2 Information/Finance, MIAGE
- Good level of English required (spoken, written)
TECHNICALS KNOWLEDGE
- Framework Dot.net 4.5+ – C#
- SQL
- Scripts shell
- Environments AIX/LINUX/WINDOWS
- Experience of a Framework ETL/Data Services (Oracle ou SAP) appreciated
